Selia polished and cleaned my Citizen Eco-Drive watch, and also removed a sterling silver lobster clasp and replaced it with a new one, all with professional care. Had an old citizen solar power watch that I have had for some time and when I did some moving it was in storage and didn’t get charged to keep it running. Amber took it in and charged it up over a day and got it to working order again and didn’t ask for anything in return. My family has been coming here for some time and I can now see why! They take care of you and help you out where they can in an affordable way!

We started the process in April and she was patient thru the entire process. I recieved my chains and pendants in August. I needed some links removed from a new Bulova watch I had gotten for my birthday. At first I tried taking it to the actual bulova section of Dillard’s, who refused to help me because I hadn’t bought it from there. But 20 more steps through the mall I saw this lovely jewelry store that took great care of me! This very professional staff was very patient with me and did a nice job (they had to take out almost all the links) but it was only $8 and super fast. I really appreciated the service!!
