Dennis jewelry used to be a certified Tag watch dealer and service provider. They are not now. I was not informed of that prior to taking my Tag in for service over4 months ago. I kept having to call to get update. Not one time did they call keeping me informed of what the status was. Not being a Tag authorized dealer they cannot get Tag parts. I want told that till after 3 months of them ordering parts that weren’t meant for a Tag watch. So after 5 rounds of ordering the same seal but through different vendors they told me it was fixed. We will see. Customer service lacking as well as not being honest. Should have told me they can’t get Tag specific parts I would have gone somewhere else and probably taken half the time. After all this time and headache still charged me the full amount. Do not recommend
