We had an amazing experience with this local stone oak jeweler from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and truly took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for without ever feeling rushed or pressured. The quality and craftsmanship are beautiful, and they explained everything clearly so I felt confident in my purchase. Customer service like this is hard to find nowadays with the chain jewelry stores that rip you off and I will absolutely be back for future pieces. Highly recommend!

I got a ring resized, and it came out great! They also cleaned it as part of the service. The price was great compared to other businesses nearby that I checked, and the staff are so professional and friendly. They also have a lot of beautiful jewelry items to choose from if you're looking for that. I definitely recommend going to them for your jewelry needs in the Stone Oak area.

We worked with Richard to create a beautiful custom necklace for the arrival of my daughter. We were trying to replicate a necklace I already had to match them while wearing them at the same time. Richard was extremely detailed when trying to get me the perfect necklace. He wanted to make sure it was perfect for me. Once it was ready which was a super short turnaround there was a tiny error and he made it right and fixed it immediately. I would go back to him again and again!

Kelli and her dad were absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I both went in— and I honestly wasn’t even sure what I wanted. They pulled out every option imaginable. The variety of loose stones they have is incredible. What really stood out was how personal and honest they were. They said, “Tell us what you want, and we’ll figure out how to build it.” And they did just that—working within our budget and still creating my absolute dream ring. The quality is stunning, and it’s clear they genuinely care. Good, honest people who love what they do. We won’t be going anywhere else for jewelry from now on. Highly recommend!
