Through her expertise, Erin's network of service providers made it simple for us to contact reputable organizations needed to inspect our home and to have our utilities up and running on closing day. Amy was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She has a ton of connections with people that make the process quick and easy especially for a first time buyer. She helped us find a reputable inspector, connected us with a contractor to get a small fix needed before move in (which she herself took a smaller commission in order to get it fixed correctly), and had a lender that ended up being the cheapest one we could find after shopping around! She also gave us great context on the market/pricing of local areas as well as just how long everything takes - and had a great understanding of how the timing of our offer/the amount would impact the sale. We found a great house and are very happy to have worked with Amy throughout this entire process and would wholeheartedly refer her to any family/friends who are looking to buy a house!

Brooke and Kathy came to my home to list... What was to be an hour became almost 3 hours and they not only fell in love with my home, we literally fell for each other! OMGOSH, The professionalism and how prepared they were was overwhelming and so welcomed compared to others who had interest in listing! Usually it stops there, they list, bye bye until a buyer shows up! Not with Brooke! Detailed orientated is so key, and that's Brooke! Quick responses, always informative and through the sale process, she was on it every step of the way!
