I am extremely disappointed with the fact that four months ago I contracted with Kessell's to upholster a headboard and four months later I have still not received the finished product. I have paid, in full, months ago. An attempt was made to deliver the headboard with very poor workmanship and had to be returned. Since then I have been given vague reasons for the lack of completion of the work. I would warn everyone to be very careful in their dealings with this company.

We are very pleased with the reupholstering of our two love seats. We were shown many fabrics by a very friendly staff. The job was done very quickly and pick up and delivery was again friendly and efficient.

Incredible service and quality work. I ordered one of their signature, locally-made arm chairs and it is exactly what i wanted. Jeremy helped me customize to the exact specifications and design that i wanted, and the final result is very high quality. I couldn't be happier with the product or the service, including the delivery guys!

Very pleased we made the decision to have Kessels re-upholster the furniture we have that works perfectly for us, instead of trying to buy new. The cost is similar, but the results from Kessel's is superior quality to the original and with exactly the materials we wanted from a wide selection of options. Very professional service so this project exceeded our expectations in all aspects. Highly recommend Kessels.
