Simply awesome!! That was what we thought of Nadia's guidance and support. After surveying about 80% of Ottawa's furniture stores for a dream sofa that has a sleeper, a chaise, and actually fits our budget, we decided to go to her store. We had 10 mins on a Friday before the store closed and little hope of finding anything decent. Not only did she not care about the closing time at all, she went above and beyond to explain different types of couches with a sleeper and their trade-offs. We stayed an hour above the closing time and bought the sofa (Triston-Peaks sleeper + ottoman) on the same day. My wife and I are not impulsive buyers, we were just that convinced! And now that we have the furniture, we don't regret it one bit!! Delivery was as promised, the sofa arrived in one piece, and support for missing components (they were hiding) was swift. And Nadia's dedication to her family business was apparent throughout! Thank you so much again, Nadia! Definitely coming back again.

Thanks Nadia, for the beautiful velvety bed. I’m so happy with my purchase at Capital Furniture and Mattresses . I ordered Sarah cream bed with drawers. It’s looks better than the pictures. I love the beige colour it goes perfectly with my room. I had to wait for couple of weeks to be in the stock , but it’s worth the wait. It drawers are super big . It stored all my old dresser stuff. The quality and looks both are incredible. Stop buying from wayfair folks and support our amazing Canadian economy.

Amazing selection, prices, and especially service. I'd just moved to town and was sleeping on the floor on my landlady's spare camping mattress--when it turned out that the mattress I purchased here wouldn't arrive for another week, the owner was kind enough to provide a loaner until it arrived, and even gave me a ride home when the Uber driver refused to take the (perfectly foldable) mattress into the car. Once the furniture arrived, it was efficiently delivered and assembled (for a reasonable price), and turned out to be sturdy and very high-quality. Extremely happy with this store; if I could give six stars, I would.

The Tufted Nailhead Furniture Warehouse is easily the “best quality for your money” store in the city of Ottawa. Actually even broader than that, considering I traveled in from Arnprior to buy. I shopped around the Ottawa Valley, the City, and online. I noticed you could get inexpensive furniture but the quality has been horrendous. Everything I found that was half decent was way overpriced. By chance, I came across Tufted Nailhead and took a drive. Am I ever glad I did! Their extremely friendly customer service was inviting as soon as I entered the door. They had lots to choose from right off the floor and the quality was top-notch. And get this...… it was actually affordable!! Trust me when I say I did over a month of research to try and get the best bang for my buck while still getting something show worthy and comfortable. When it comes to new furniture, I feel like I found Ottawa’s best-kept secret. If you're looking for any type of furniture, you owe it to yourself to check these guys out first. You will walk out of there very happy!
