We had a wonderful experience, from the moment we entered the store, to updating us thoroughly while waiting for the couch to arrive and to the delivery guys who went absolutely above and beyond when delivering the couch. It was too big to go up the stairs (stacked town house) so they took it through the balcony and mind you, this is in snow, cold and with very very limited space. My hat’s off to these guys!

Robbie at Dufresne and the Manager were absolutely phenomenal during our couch buying journey. They were patient with us as we balanced our options, and proactive when we came to a decision. Not only did Robbie take the time to address each of our concerns, but she went the extra mile to make sure that we were fully informed about our purchase. (alta vista )bed delivery, the guys where polite and kind willing to do anything to get job done. bed and mattress removal and new bed set up in very fast and efficient timing , very clean. they where in and out within an hour and I have a new bed !, and they took away my entire old bed ! love the service and product .

Looking for a replacement couch, for the family room, Dufresne was the 5 th store visited. Satisfying experience as every couch we viewed we liked. Ended up with a purchase. Great all around experience. Salesperson was very helpful and accommodating
