We had a wonderful experience, from the moment we entered the store, to updating us thoroughly while waiting for the couch to arrive and to the delivery guys who went absolutely above and beyond when delivering the couch. It was too big to go up the stairs (stacked town house) so they took it through the balcony and mind you, this is in snow, cold and with very very limited space. My hat’s off to these guys!

Robbie at Dufresne and the Manager were absolutely phenomenal during our couch buying journey. They were patient with us as we balanced our options, and proactive when we came to a decision. Not only did Robbie take the time to address each of our concerns, but she went the extra mile to make sure that we were fully informed about our purchase. We haven’t received our couch yet, but we are eagerly standing by. On pure customer service alone, the folks at Dufresne clearly outshine the others. No sales pressure - just fantastic people who truly make you feel at home. We’re grateful to have met Robbie and we look forward to a lifelong relationship with the folks at Dufresne!
