“Yoga takes you into the present moment, the only place where life exists, as Meditation unfolds a way for nourishing and blossoming the divinity within us. Kin Yoga offers opportunities for growth in each of these areas. Alex is much more than a master at Yoga, she is a Gurudevi. She imparts wisdom and encouragement as part of each class, As she inspires each student to fully embody all aspects of yoga – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. I am so honored and grateful to call you my teacher.

The place is beautiful, and the owner Ale is very friendly, she makes sure to correct poses and stances, she is a very very experienced person in yoga, and is eager to help ease into the practice. As a beginner it was very calming going into a class, I was able to understand the movements and ease into the flow of the class without being overwhelmed or intimidated. Very recommended, specially knowing that you’re learning from a teacher that is extremely knowledgeable and passionate.

A space designed to practice traditional Mysore Ashtanga yoga, the instructor Ale, an experienced teacher with a lot of knowledge in the practice, due to her preparation in her trips to India, who takes the yogi from its initial phase to have a deeper and well-founded development in the asana, to avoid injuries and truly enjoy an excellent healing and purifying practice, mentally and physically.
