Veronica, Amy, Dora and the King Team at the Newcastle Showroom/Branch represent the finest service you can get when buying the right furniture for your house. They do not only provide an excellent service, but they also guide and provide the client with new trends and recommendations to maximize your home space. They consider every single detail of the house layout so that nothing is missed when choosing the right lounge. They are professional and responsible in their work, and most importantly they are a pleasure and peace of mind to work with (they always have a smile on and are always happy to help). They provide a top service and tailored solutions, and they still manage to go beyond expectations with their service every time I visit them. I highly recommend all the team at the King Newcastle showroom/branch.

My wife and I recently went to King Living at Newcastle to purchase a new lounge. We were impressed by the options available but we were even more impressed by the staff. The staff were very attentive, allowing us to browse but always ready to answer any questions we had regarding the furniture. We ended up with a lounge set that that we are very happy with and the staff assisted with many options and extras to make it suit our space and needs. We particularly loved the fabric options that were durable enough to withstand our two dogs! Would highly recommend.

I had an outstanding experience at King Furniture from start to finish. The customer service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help... particularly Joanna. Every detail was carefully managed, showing her true commitment to quality and ensuring nothing was overlooked in helping me find the perfect pieces. The staff made me feel valued and comfortable throughout, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A mention too to the men who came to recover my lounge were amazingly patient and understanding. I would highly recommend King Furniture to anyone looking for top-notch service paired with a personal touch.
