I’ve been coming to Jeff’s Muay Thai classes for about six months and they are fantastic. I was a total beginner and found Jeff and the other class members to be friendly and welcoming. I’m in massively better shape now than I was six months ago and these classes are a big part of that. I’ve been to a couple of the Kick boxing classes Karl runs and they are great as well - very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

What can I say apart from amazing . I've been to the sound healing a couple of times now, this isn't just the average sound healing. Karl and mukta make it a very safe and comfortable environment for you to relax and be at peace with yourself . Love love love it. 10 stars and 💯 recommended
