Ron was amazing to deal with. He went above and beyond and even gave me stuff as a backup in case the DJ equipment didn't work. Very well priced and amazing service, if your looking to rent equipment look no further!
Ron and the team at KMP were amazing. Ron met with us a few times leading up to our wedding and helped us hand select items to bring our vision to life. He negotiated the pricing very fairly and even threw in additional items at no extra cost. His team set-up and tore down the same day of our wedding, which was a huge help to us and our family. There was a slight hiccup with accidental missing items, which I only learned after the event and never would have noticed as the team pivoted. Ron took accountability for this and was quick to resolve the issue with a reimbursement for the missing items. Talk about great customer service. I highly recommend their company! 10/10 would book again.
