We've been taking our dog here for five years, and we've been impressed with every vet we've seen in that time (especially Dr Wade). They have always been able to schedule sick appointments within a reasonable timeframe, and every employee has been patient and understanding with our dog. They describe treatment plans in detail and aren't afraid to spend time really talking to patients. We'll keep going here as long as we have pets.

My family has used Knapp for 5 cats over about 20 years. Since I have become the main pet caretaker I have seen professionalism from the staff, knowledgeability from technicians and willingness to answer questions. I love how nice they are to our cats, even when the cats haven't been well or friendly. They all are clearly animal lovers. The staff is empathetic and kind, the people working directly with pets are experienced and trustworthy. Thanks for the good experience.

We had to make a tough choice due to a tumor in one of our beloved pets. Dr Knapp made the entire process less stressful. He coached us through our options from day 1 through the last 6 months of our sweet Bear's life. So grateful for every person who assisted us. Couldn't have done it without their support! Go to this vet, your pet will be well cared for.

I’ve been going here a long time, but yesterday had an emergency situation so I called to see what my options were and they didn’t have any openings but directed me to an urgent care they trusted so that’s where I went. It was absolutely the most amazing experience in what was a scary situation for me. If I thought I love this clinic before, now I’m obsessed with it. Staff are always so friendly and nice and knowledgeable about situations and how to handle them even if outside like with an urgent care in my case. They also don’t overcharge for things and have been wonderful about working with us on dosage options and the best, most affordable way to go about getting them.

Every time I have gone to this vet, I have had a subpar experience. My very first time going, one of the front desk ladies (younger, red hair) was incredibly hostile, cruel, and unprofessional. she has some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. i don't understand how she is still employed. Further, the only vet that i have had a positive experience with is Dr. Knapp himself. Dr. Wade often ignored my concerns, did not respect what I had to say, and frequently talked down to me. The last straw for me was recently, when due to a clerical mix up (that was a true accident, I'm assuming, and do not blame anyone for), I got scheduled for an appointment sooner than I should have. Dr. Craven did not treat my cat, but did ask how he was doing. I mentioned a wheezing cough issue he had, and her response was "he looks fine to me, bring him back in a week." If that is how a vet treats their patients, that's not a vet I want to support. I should have left this practice way sooner than I did.
