I’m an out-of-state investor, and Donald made my home search in Ohio so much easier. He spent an entire day showing me different neighborhoods to help me understand the area and feel confident about where to invest. He was always quick to answer my questions and explain the local market. On top of being professional and knowledgeable, he’s also a genuinely good guy and fun to work with. We had the pleasure of working with Donald Jr. and he was the absolute soul of both professionalism and friendliness. My wife and I have lived all across the US and never been able to put roots down as a result, but he was able to help us to make the home buying process both straightforward and smooth. Thanks to him we closed on our beautiful new forever home at the start of August, and he's continued to be absolutely fantastic with helping us to track down information and resources on the place even after closing. I had the great Pleasure & Honor to meet Don, Jr & Ebony @ the Brick Initiative Youth Basketball Tournament that my Youngest Grandson, Jedi, was Playing in & I got Doubly blessed while Supporting my Grandson as they Won their Basketball Tournament as I was also Provided with awesome information & invaluable wisdom about Home Buying & Grant Programs! Donald Jr helped me buy my 2nd investment property, found me a great deal and helped me find a contractor and lender on it. We've also stayed in touch as I fix it up to get it ready to rent, so happy that I called Vision to help me grow my portfolio!
