Took a class with Bridget and it flew by... Which is a good thing because it was fun, challenging and kept me busy and entertained that I didn't even look at the clock (which I tend to do at workout classes). What I loved the most about the class was the instructor actually paid attention to everyone. She politely and respectfully corrected my form and challenged me even further. The studio was SO clean without smelling like chemicals and the entire staff and other people taking the class were so nice. Can not wait to come back.

First barre class at KorFit and I absolutely loved it. The studio is super clean, as is the equipment, which makes the experience very enjoyable. The instructor is kind and welcoming. The session lasts 50 minutes, and I wish it could have been longer because I felt very comfortable and well supported. It was a pleasure to come, and I'll definitely be back. The movements are gentle, but you feel like your whole body is working. What I also love are the stretches, which are very important to me. The studio has lockers and a very comfortable bathroom with all the necessary products and equipment. Thanks to the team, keep it up!

Independently owned Barre studio! Love the playlist and instructors are very knowledgeable. I'm still a beginner in Barre so the workouts are definitely difficult for me but I never feel called out, or on the flip side abandoned. Lockers available on site with given lock. Very clean.

If you are not in Melissa’s Thursday morning class you are missing out!! She is the best motivator but also cues modifications for all fitness levels. My thighs are always shaking in the best way possible, this class blends strength and cardio in a way that feels challenging yet doable. Highly recommend for anyone craving a workout that’s equal parts effective and enjoyable.

I have been taking classes at KorFit for about two months now and I can honestly say it has changed my life. I was out of shape because of a knee injury, and unable to enjoy my regular exercise activities. I needed a low impact workout and tried KorFit because it was convenient. I walked into a cute studio full of friendly, diverse, and welcoming clients. I had never taken any kind of a barre class before, but the teachers are seasoned and encouraging as they explain each move (with modifications.) The 50 minute workout is hard, works almost every muscle, and goes fast! Best of all for me, I sweat and get my heart rate up with zero impact on my joints. In fact my knee barely hurts anymore as I have so much more strength to support it. Highly recommend!
