I’d rate Krysty Designs 10 stars if I could! The owner, Brad, never forgets a face, giving his store a true small-town feel to it. Janis has the most gentle, warm demeanor and has a way of matching your jewelry style to your personality traits. She is so intuitive!! John loves what he does and is extremely knowledgeable. He can teach you things about jewelry that you never knew existed! Michael is so personable and eager to help everyone who walks through the door. Jack is upbeat, engaging and also ready to help you! On top of the incredible staff, Krysty Designs has exquisitely unique jewelry pieces ranging from all styles and price points. We have purchased, redesigned, and have utilized some of the services Krysty Designs has available to its customers. I absolutely love this jewelry store and know you will, too!
Working with Brad Krysty and his team was truly one of the most meaningful and unforgettable experiences I’ve ever had. I came in with a diamond full of history and heart, and what I received in return was not just stunning jewelry — but a memory I will cherish forever. I was made to feel like an absolute VIP every step of the way. Brad invited me into the creative process in a way that felt collaborative, personal, and genuinely fun. He kept me involved as the designs came to life, welcomed me in during the creation process, and made sure I felt connected to every detail. That level of care and intention is rare — and incredibly special. When I arrived to see the finished pieces, the entire team was waiting. That moment alone says everything about the kind of place this is. Every interaction with every person in the store was warm, thoughtful, and filled with excitement for me. It felt like they were just as invested in the meaning behind these pieces as I was. The final result was absolutely stunning — a beautifully redesigned ring, matching earrings and a necklace . These pieces honor my parents in a way words never could, and I will treasure them always. I know this team works on extraordinary projects every day, but they made me feel extraordinary. If you are looking for craftsmanship, creativity, heart, and service that goes far beyond expectations, this is it. I am endlessly grateful — and still smiling every time I look down at my hand.
Janis was very friendly and attentive, along with the rest of the staff and owner. I had so much fun finding the perfect diamond stud earrings and also fell in love with a pair of gold hoops. They were able to modify the studs on site to make them more secure. I feel like a million bucks everytime I catch a glimpse in the mirror. I exchanged some old, unwanted jewelry for store credit towards my purchase. The value for my old pieces was more than fair. I can't wait to go back for a custom piece.
Brad is phenomenal and all of the associates were wonderful to work with. His craftsmanship and attention to detail are unmatched. I had a vintage ring repaired- four new prongs and resizing. The prongs are now my favorite part of the ring because of the beautiful details added! I feel very good about my choice with Krysty Designs. I will recommend them to everyone. They have instilled great trust with me and I will be a customer for life.
I cannot say enough positive things about this place! My husband upgraded my old wedding rings (re-used diamond from previous marriage = bad luck) for our 6th anniversary with a ring from a big chain store. He went with a beautiful oval diamond on a yellow gold cathedral setting, which he had seen me point out previously. I had an additional white gold and diamond band which I used to wear and I wore it with this new ring, I liked the way the white and yellow gold looked together. I also had an additional matching band, with a large set of prongs from where a diamond was mounted previously and I decided I wanted them as a wrap for this new yellow gold ring. This was a tough decision for me, it's a faux pas at my age to mix metals, after all! Once I got over the mixing metals hurdle, I realized I love love love it this way, and it matches everything I wear. I found this store during a Google search, but mentioned it to a coworker and discovered her best friend works there - Hailey. She advised she was working that day, so I took a lunch and ran straight to them! Hailey was super sweet and she saw my vision right away. She brought out Dan from the back and he also agreed this would make a stunning one-of-a-kind piece. He immediately started measuring and explaining the process as it would need to happen, which was fascinating! They gave me a quote, and it was very reasonable considering all of the work that needed to be done (remove giant prong, add smallish diamond to giant prong spot, resize all 3 rings, solder rings together, tighten loose stones, add small prongs to sides of new yellow ring, re-dip all pieces, etc - OH, and hammer the crap out of my bands as they were straight and needed to be curved). They advised there was a 2 week lead time. I left all my diamonds and was frightened, lol. This was the 13th. I got a call on the 19th - less than a week later that my BFR (Big Freaking Ring) was ready!!! I went straight there and OMG, she is GORGEOUS!!! Dan took his time making this ring PERFECT. It is everything I have always wanted and it's custom - no one else has this ring. Dan let me know it may need resized, and if so to come on in and they'd take care of it quickly. Talk about customer service! I will bring this to the big box store where my husband purchased the cathedral ring from so they can give it a once over and it stays covered under their protection plan, but honestly - if anything goes wrong with this, I'm bringing it back to Krysty Designs. I have had SO many experiences with the chain stores messing up my jewelry (breaking pieces, stones falling out and breaking, getting lost, etc) and I know that will not be the case here as they care about what they do and take excellent care of their jewelry and customers! I will be a lifelong customer moving forward. Thank you Dan and Hailey. PS world; look out because this girl has a serious case of B.D.E. - Big Diamond Energy!
