Honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve had! The training is extremely serious and professional. The instructors are highly skilled and know how to teach techniques in a clear and effective way. We use our whole body—hands, feet, movement—for both defense and attack, which really builds strength, coordination, and confidence. What surprised me the most was the price. It’s very affordable and much lower than I expected for the level of quality you get. You truly feel like you’re getting amazing value for your money. Great club to come along to whether you want to keep fit, learn self defense, or learn a new martial art. I have been attending Glasgow Kuk Sool Won for 3 months, but have been a Kuk Sool Won student since 2021. I started with no prior martial arts (or even sport) background, but joining has been an amazing decision for both my physical and mental wellbeing. Kuk sool emcompasses so many aspects, such as self defense techniques, acrobatics, weapons etc so you can try your hand at everything Glasgow Kuk Sool Won is very welcoming. Students have varying skill sets, everyone learns from eachother and you find yourself making genuine friendships with your peers. The instructors at Glasgow Kuk Sool are informative, encouraging and supportive It runs multiple days a week and is affordable, making it accessible. There are also lots of extra curriculum to get involved with, such as seminars, workshops and tournaments. I have honestly surprised myself with how far I've developed and I have Kuk Sool Won Glasgow to thank ❤️👊
