Steve is amazing guy and always gave great customer service. Him and his team are very nice people. Most shops in LA are going to be rude and talk to you any kind of way, but the people at LA auto center did a great job with assisting my girlfriend with her car problem. It was a very complex evap problem that we knew nothing about. However we were able to take it too him and he got it done quickly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fair price and a customer service like no other!

Amazing service! I own a Limousine service. I needed rear brakes and an alignment, so I popped in and understood my predicament. They were very helpful and accommodating. They got my car on the rack instantly. Long story short, my vehicle was road worthy within 2hrs and I was able to get to my passengers in a timely manner. Thank you guys for your amazing work. I had a wonderful experience with LA Auto! Being new to the city, I needed a trustworthy mechanic, and the team exceeded my expectations. As a woman in the city, you always worry about being overcharged or misled, but I never felt that way here. Steven took my initial call and immediately gave me confidence that my car would be in good hands. I needed my alternator and battery replaced, and they had everything done in just one day. They even stayed late on a Friday so I could pick up my car after school. The team patiently answered my questions about parts and functions, and their expertise really showed. David kept me updated by text and even let me know about additional issues, which they fixed at no extra charge. Overall, I’m very happy with the service, honesty, and care I received at LA Auto.
