So I’ve been coming here a while, I really wish it was a safer place as I do my physical therapy in the pool, but it’s gotten more and more unbearable. The staff including the woman who’s usually in charge are difficult and don’t care one bit. I’ve been harassed everytime I check in because they want you to give their app full access to your phone and photos, I was getting calls at home about it finally the person on the phone put a “note” in the system explaining my +1 isn’t in the app and that’s ok. Yet still everytime we go despite the note and the premium membership we have to argue with the staff. Just to get into the gym. There seem to be members who I believe to be unhoused or something that are always at the gym or hanging in the parking lot, one such member likes to use his portable speaker to play loud dad rock and hang out with all the other creepy men who are always in the pool area, they all know each other and stick together and make the space pretty uncomfortable, it feels more like a private pool party full of men who I wouldn’t trust with partial custody of their own children drinking big gulps listening to Panera rather than a gym. The staff do nothing about it and when asked to do something told him we had asked that he not use it when we’re there so now he’s harassing my wife and I in the pool and hot tub as loudly as possible “oh I can’t play the speaker the fun police are here” etc it’s like a bad middle school party. Then this week we go the pool and hot tub are so dirty there are literal scum rings around the hot tub the water in the pool smells awful and feels like the pool is filled with sweat instead of water, they’re closing all week again seemingly to do their once every 4 month cleaning I hope which means the gym is shut down again like in December, so that’s already enough but then there’s the creepy guy in the pool. A large man wearing children’s goggles is in the middle of the pool and staring at every woman in the pool every time a woman starts swimming he goes underwater and stares, he’s not swimming not moving not exercising just submerging staring at women, with a big creepy grin, myself and the other younger woman look at each other and simultaneously get out of the pool, she follows and sits close in the hot tub where there are people around and it feels safer. Normally I’d say something to the manager but she’s already been an issue. IMO this gym is not a safe place for women, it’s certainly not comfortable and not one person who works here seems to care. There aren’t a ton of other options for gyms with these amenities so if you must go here just watch your back and don’t go alone is the advice I’d give any woman trying to come to this location, or if you can go somewhere else.

The harassment I got in one day for having to get a new debit card is insane. Payed every month no problem, today there was a problem and today they lost a customer who pays for 2 passes. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a gym. I was getting La fitness calls every 10 minutes from all different numbers. Wild

By far one of the best customer service I've had! Dennis welcomed me and made me feel I've known him for years. Showed me the whole facility and when peak hours were. Even if it's busy they still had plenty of equipment to use. Great facility!

The gym has gotten better except for Omar he's a pain in the neck, thanks to Allah the 🏋️‍♀️ is cleaner but it would be great if they fixed the steam room!!! I'll keep asking Allah!!!
