Worst gym I’ve been too lady was very misunderstanding I had told her it was my first time at this location no gym I’ve been to makes me pay for parking before two hours with validation so I didn’t know I try to pay with Apple Pay for my 1$ parking ticket and said they don’t accept Apple Pay and that I should get down and look for a place to give me cash it was 9 in the night I was by myself they should really update ONLINE saying they don’t accept Apple Pay

Went in to start a membership. Kid at the front desk didn't know what was going on. My card was charges but he couldn't see my info. Had no clue what to do. Said the manager would be back in 10 min. I waited a hour and the manager came in and the mud just walked out and took his break without saying a word to the manager. So I examined everything to the manager and he just looked at me like im stupid. Just helped other people. I asked what do we do. He said by info was not showing up. I said I know. He said we could do another one and I said I was already charged. He had no ye what to do. Then started blaming my wifi connection. I said I'm not paying again until I'm refunded. But the mid said it was the last day of the promotion they had. He kept avoiding that question. I asked why he was avoiding the question about it being the last day or if I was lied to. He said he didn't know. I said the kid knew. Why doesn't he know. I asked to talk to someone else. He said he's the manager. I. Standing there like, what to do and he just kept saying we can pay again. He has no clue what to do except scan passes. Rude as he'll. I was charged and no membership. No help. Ignored. Wasted a hour there and mad. HORRIBLE

I joined this gym today and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable and upsetting experience on my first visit. While using the locker shower area (no curtains in the men’s showers), I felt that a staff member repeatedly lingered nearby, stared at me while I was showering, and later entered the stall area I had been using when I briefly stepped out. He touched my naked body with his shoulder as I was re-entering my stall. I reported this immediately because I felt unsafe and violated. I spoke with the manager, Carlos, expecting the situation to be taken seriously. Instead, I was told I could “go to another gym,” which felt dismissive and extremely unprofessional for a safety concern. Carlos also told me the employee involved is named Ray. He had a dark mustache. After leaving, the situation escalated further when a female employee came outside the building and yelled at me after already addressing me inside. Overall, this was a very disappointing first-day experience. I did not feel heard, supported, or safe as a new member, and the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. I will likely be canceling my membership after this and attempting to get a refund since I just signed up hours ago.

This IS THE BEST GYM EVER like if I could write it 70 billion stars I would I've gone to this location once on a Vacation the grind never stops so on the Vacation I went to this gym 10 out of 10 gym. This is the best gym ever I went to it. Amazing staff especially Elektra She is the sweetest so nice and there are other great staffs as well. I was having trouble so Elektra Came over and helped me. I just can't stop going to this gym last time I flew out literally just to go to the gym. It is the best gym ever. I think all of you guys should go and work out. There was a hot tub and they always keep it warm and it was literally the best experience of my life. I can't even lie. I've gone to disgusting gyms and this one really takes the cake for The Best gym | was blown away when I saw this gym. I thought it was gonna be like any typical gym, but then I walked in and I was all wrong. You guys should go to this gym. It is the best.!!!!!!!!!!
