Star was great customer service! Very helpful and very sweet. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was excellent. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional, and any questions or requests we had were handled quickly and kindly. It’s clear the staff care about their guests and go the extra mile to make the stay enjoyable. This level of service made a big difference, and I truly appreciated it.

Star has been amazing! I've been coming here for work and she is able to meet my needs and provide my desired accommodations. I appreciate how nice and patient she is and she explains everything thoroughly. She has the same patience and friendliness with others as I wait for my turn. I also appreciate housekeeping! The attention to detail for their tissues, their folding of towels, and alignment of complimentary shampoo and conditioner makes me more grateful of the staff here! A plus is for the grounds keeping! The plants are alive and watered! I like walking in and seeing the blooms.

The property is nice, however it has a lot of potential. The rooms were a little outdated but it wasn’t too concerning as we were in and out. The staff is friendly. Nonetheless, this review is for the front desk Manager, Star. Check in was smooth, efficient and quick. She provided excellent customer service from beginning to end with a nice smile. She even greeted my kids, and most people usually don’t. I always look forward to seeing her when we book because I know I will get a friendly smile from her. You don’t see too many people who enjoy their job, but Star does. We will definitely be back!

I love this hotel! It’s so nice. Very friendly staff. Awesome location for why we are here. Star is amazing and always gives me great tips for places to see in the area with my kids. We will continue to keep coming back and always look forward to seeing Star again. Love the decorations also!
