It’s an amazing gym. All of the equipment is excellent. The coaches are super passionate and really approachable. I was a bit nervous about joining as I was new to the gym. I didn’t need to be. The atmosphere is relaxed and everyone involved in the gym is really friendly. I highly recommend La Pererra to anyone looking to get fit and learn.

Absolutely excellent wee gym. The kit available is everything you will ever need. Classes are regular, the staff and owner clearly are invested in both the gym and it's customers. It's a great gym to be a member of.

If you are looking to start your fitness journey or change it up a bit this is the place to be. There is a good mix of strength and conditioning for all levels. The boxing classes are always good fun and a brilliant way to burn the calories. Circuits are the same and can easily be adapted to your level of fitness. Each trainer has their own way of pushing you through every class, getting the best out of you, and the members work together to keep each other motivated. The Hyrox classes have pushed me beyond my limits in just a short space of time and I can’t wait to compete again next year much fitter, healthier and stronger. This is not a class it’s a community, get involved and change your life with a team behind you.

I joined AMC in April, it's an incredible gym, all the staff from the front desk to every coach I've worked with have been really welcoming & encouraging, It feels like everyone is treated the same from the fighters down to begginers like me and everyone is there to help each other progress and enjoy they're training. The coaches are all experts in their field & it shows, I've been to other gyms where this wasn't the case so alot of credit to the hard work and dedication of all the staff & coaches for making AMC top level. Class experience. I'd easily recommend it to others if you're looking for somewhere to train.

This is a wee gem of a place. Every coach/member is so friendly and approachable. I started the 6 weeks ladies only beginners boxing. I'm so glad I did, that's the 1st week complete. Can already feel the benefits. Can't wait to see the results at the end. If your looking for a new gym this is definitely the place to be. You will be made to feel so welcome
