No one, not even the dealership, could figure out what was wrong with my windshield until I spoke with Mark, who was able to properly diagnose the issue over the phone with a few photos. Mark and his team replaced my windshield in a timely manner for a very reasonable price. Mark and his team are experienced, kind, and knowledgeable. Such great service and made a horrible situation go smoothly. My car got broken into at 1am on a holiday weekend and I sent them a text at 3am not thinking they would respond until Monday but to my luck I received an immediate response back saying they could get my window replaced by 9am. The owner and staff were very nice and friendly which was a plus. My car window was installed quickly and they did such a great job. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their car windows replaced.

This place is absolutely amazing. On a Saturday night my car was broken into and the window smashed. On Sunday after calling multiple places no where could help for an affordable price and within 48 hours. Until I found this gem! Not only was the customer service THE BEST, being very sweet and understanding despite my tears and general frustration. We set an appointment for Monday morning. In no time was my car not only repaired but for 150 dollars less than every other service!! It was a speedy replacement and absolutely the kindest man ever. I can not recommend this place more. Truly helpful, kind, and great quality service.

I cannot recommend LA Windshield enough!! I've had the pleasure of dealing with Marc, the owner of this auto glass shop for windshield replacement for two BMW's (X7 and 535i), and front passenger side window for the X7 that got vandalized. Marc is so amazing in every way possible. He is very attentive, knowledgeable, professional, personable, and flexible. Marc gave me the assurance that the glass that he uses are OEM quality and showed me the brand that actually produced glasses for BMW. Marc bent over backwards to squeeze me in to get all three glasses replaced for both of my cars within the same day and the prices were more than reasonable. I guess the yelp reviews don't lie! I came here bc of the amazing Yelp reviews and I totally understand how this place has such superb reviews after trusting them to do my window/ windshield. Their work is truly flawless! I'm so glad and lucky to have found such an amazing auto glass repair shop locally. I will be recommending this place to everyone that I know that needs auto glass repairs or replacement.
