I recently started attending classes at Lagree Oahu, and I have to say, it’s been a fantastic experience! The studio is great, and I really appreciate the small class sizes. It means that even though the classes fill up quickly, you still get a lot of personal attention from the instructors. Now, don't let the setup fool you—this workout is tougher than it looks! I was definitely surprised by how challenging it can be despite identifying as a moderately fit person. Scarlet is my favorite instructor; her classes are the most intense but also super rewarding. She really knows how to push you in the best way possible. Overall, if you're looking for a workout that really gets you sweating and feeling like you got a good workout, Lagree Oahu is definitely worth checking out!

Lagree is my absolute favorite workout, and I’m so happy I got to enjoy it here in Oahu! Huge shoutout to Keona, Dane, and Alohi for their amazing instructing — you each bring such great energy and motivation. The shake, the sweat, the burn… all on point!

Lagree Oahu is a gem! The studio is clean and welcoming, and the instructors each bring a unique style that keeps classes fresh and exciting. Whether you’re new or experienced, there’s something for everyone, including advanced classes that push you to the next level. In the past year since I have consistently attended classes, I’ve noticed significant improvements in my posture and core. I always leave feeling stronger and more accomplished. If you’re looking for a transformative workout, this is the place to be!

Super super stoked Lagree has finally arrived in town in Oahu! Love the energy and vibe of the trainers and studio! Classes are small and intimate. They do require grippy socks for hygiene and safety reasons. Can purchase a cute one for $10 a pair or bring your own. It’s located on ground floor of Ala Moana Mall to the right of Brugg’s bakery (on the same side as post office). There is a bathroom in the back but requires a key. Sometimes I go to Marshall or the bathrooms next to Lupicia tea store just around the corner :p parking can get tricky, so either park far or go early to find parking.

The studio is really new, but very clean and well-managed. While I was visiting, I was able to take two classes with two different instructors, and they were both really good and really put us to work. I’m always really happy when you can feel the shake during class! if you’re struggling to find this place, go to the centerstage, where they have the hula performances, and from the stage, turn around and walk towards the parking area and it’s on the curbside facing the parked cars. If you are new to Lagree, you need to know that you have to have Lagree socks to take the class or you’ll be asked to purchase them and it was $10 upfront.
