Taylor is an absolutely phenomenal stylist! She takes the time to listen, gives thoughtful suggestions, and delivers results better than I imagined. She knows long hair and layers! I can trust her completely and always walk out feeling refreshed and confident. So grateful I found her!

Hailee did a fantastic job on my very thick hair. She gave me the best Brazilian Blowout I've had & I'm so glad I made the switch to Lane Salon. Highly recommend Hailee to anyone. The whole salon was very welcoming as well and prices are very competitive!!

I can’t say enough great things about Lane Salon and my stylist, Garrett! As a blonde, I’m extremely picky, and he goes above and beyond to make sure he understands exactly what I want. I’ve never left his chair disappointed! He truly listens, never pushes his own agenda, and makes sure I’m 150% satisfied every time. On top of being incredibly talented, he’s kind, sweet, and funny—an all-around amazing stylist and person. The salon itself is fantastic—clean, stylish, and welcoming. Everyone is so friendly, and I love the products they offer. I’ve been to other salons in Charlotte , but Lane Salon is hands-down the best. Highly recommend Garrett and the entire team!

Garrett, at Lane Salon deserves more than 5 stars for his impressive work and customer service! He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. I tried hand-tied hair extensions for the first time and never want to look back. The quality is outstanding—so soft, lightweight, and natural-looking. They blend seamlessly with my own hair and he did a fabulous job matching my color. Garrett, along with the salon owner Kristin, explained everything so well and ensured I knew how to care for my extensions to keep them looking fabulous. The installation process was super comfortable and Garrett's expertise and friendliness made the whole experience so enjoyable. If you are thinking of investing in hand-tied extensions or finding a new salon and color expert, check out Lane Salon and Garrett! Highly recommend!

Alexis at the Lane Salon worked absolute MAGIC on my hair. I went in not knowing 100% what I wanted, the the girls at the salon had my back! Alexis and Destiny formulated a plan that had my hair looking absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I wish I could give this place more stars! It is so beautiful on the inside, and the amenities they offer go above and beyond! I did not have hair extensions, but I saw their work on two different clients while I was there and both came out absolutely stunning! This team can meet all of your hair needs and more! Runnnnn here for an appointment! You won’t regret it!
