My husband and I came here on a Saturday morning around 10:30 and got a table right away. The staff was so friendly and the lattes and food were amazing. I can’t think of anything I would change about this place and I hope we get to try it again next time we visit San Francisco. 10/10. I had the Thai Panang omelette and it was like a cup of beef curry wrapped in egg. It was just the right amount of spicy and sweet. Reminded me of Khao soi which is my favorite Thai dish. The dressing on the salad was perfection and the potatoes were just a little crispy and so light and airy. My husband got the chicken and waffles and it was by far the best we’ve ever tried. The chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy. And the drinks are so cute and delicious. Don’t hesitate to try this place out.
Cozy corner cafe offering excellent menu of traditional favorites BUT you come here for the Thai inspired menu items. I had the Thai Panang omelette and was one of best omelettes I’ve ever eaten. Flavorful. Colorful. The beef was tender. The vegetables were crispy. The sauce was exquisite and the presentation was first rate. I don’t have a critical thing to say about this dish. If you like spicy and bursting flavors, it’s a must have.
At first, we thought we would not get any seats because they said it gets busy after 11 am. But we did not wait too long, even after 11. The staff were very friendly. The food was as expected, very good. Might want a reservation a day in advance, just in case.
Consistently really good. As a local, the brunch is one of my absolute favorites in the city. Think regular brunch items with a Thai influence. Must have items are the chicken & waffles, the panang omlette, and the tom yum burrito. Also, the ube latte is delicious and so cute. The restaurant is family ran and the staff is incredibly nice and friendly. They also have bottomless mimosas.
First time visit as we were actually headed for a nearby establishment. We walked by and saw the menu out front, the cheery interior and decided to give it a try. We lucked out on a weekend (arrived early) and were seated without a wait. The staff was warm and welcoming. Food came fast. The variety on the menu was impressive and I loved the Thai additions. Other than my Thai sausage being a bit gristly, everything was great. The flavor of the sausage added a nice variation on the regular breakfast fare found elsewhere. The lattes were adorable and post worthy in themselves. Agree with other reviewers that the ube latte is beyond cute, if sweet drinks are not for you, opt for a regular or matcha latte. The proprietor (or Management?)came to our table to check in which is always a nice touch. We are really happy with this serendipitous stop for breakfast. Don’t think twice about it, just go.
