Launch Family Entertainment Brooklyn

We came to check out this spot as my daughter is interested in having a birthday at an indoor park. As a parent to young kids, the set up is not parent friendly due to them building a completely separate small area in another room. (Parents cannot access it without leaving their kids to climb and taking the stairs to get to the next room) My youngest also got cut on the slide, and I saw some other parents noted that as well in their own review. I didnt pay mind to the cut, but when I saw the review it occurred to me that we have visited many other arenas and they were not injured there. Another error on Launch is, we didnt see any area to leave your shoes or coats (other places has locker rentals if needed). Another unusual rule... was informed that the party room is only for 45 minutes out of the 2 hours you book it for. Lastly, parents need to pay full price if they want to jump with their kid, or pay $10 to be with child...other parks usually provide a discounted price for parents and if youre not jumping, no additional price.

This place is amazing and Gabby was the absolute best in helping us place our order for my 8 year old however it did take time to search for my Groupon and I noticed the the ground floor was extremely cold and all of the staff was also cold. I noticed that the front door does not close all the way. I froze just a for a few minutes as I waited to check out but I can’t imagine how your staff must feel remaining in constant freezing conditions. Please fix your door!!!

Only giving it 3 stars because my son did enjoy coming here also because I saw there was 300 dollar discount on a party so I was like why not reserve now save myself the headache 🤕 later one … I booked my party for my son but they mentioned that every parent that comes with their child I have to pay 10 dollars extra ??? Makes nooooo sense the party package I chose was the 899 stilll regardless without the discount that is just ridiculous and a total theft !!! We came to nice even today which is for Labor Day I was told by one for the girls they work there she was very nice ! Didn’t have a problem with that I just have an issue with the pricing with this place … admissions was 20 dollars and still had to pay 10 dollars to basically stay inside …. Doesn’t say that on the flyer at all !!! A few workers here are nice though I give them that … but seriously? The pricing ? 10 dollars for each parents just to stay after booking a 900 or 600 dollar party ? Is nonsense we shall see how it goes for us for the party we booked 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

I was delighted to discover the recent opening of Launch Family Entertainment in my Bay Ridge neighborhood, offering an exciting experience for kids and adults with its array of arcade games, jumping, climbing and sliding attractions. Located in the former Modell’s store at 531 - 86th street, this venue provides an engaging experience. Upon entering, the staff greets you warmly and assists in getting you started. TATIANA was very helpful, providing us with a tour and addressing all our questions, Her knowledge and courtesy were commendable. Additionally, the food options available are delicious, suitable for snacks or full meals and COREY, EVELYN & JANAYAH is available at the counter to take your order. Perhaps a Krazy Krave Favorite milkshake, nachos, chicken tenders, veggie lovers pizza or mozzarella sticks? Mmm-so good!! Launch Brooklyn is an awesome spot for both kids and adults! The trampoline park is huge, super clean, and well-maintained. My kids had a blast jumping, climbing, and playing in the arcade. There’s so much to do — from dodgeball and ninja courses to basketball and laser tag. What I really liked is that adults can join in too — great way to burn some energy and have fun together as a family. The staff was friendly and made sure everyone followed the safety rules. We spent over hours there and could’ve stayed longer! Highly recommend it for birthday parties, weekend outings, or just a fun day of activity. We’ll definitely be back!
