We were there for a children's party. The day was unusually cold (last Saturday), and their heat was ineffective if it was even on. The staff offered little to no help to the family hosting the party. The place was packed, very much a mix of party goers with general patrons. Parking lot with places name on it is DISCOUNTED (to $6 fir 3 hrs), NOT FREE!!! No table in party room for parents to set up, only the tables for guests. Lots of bank being made by owners, very little service in return. Id bring a child to play, but never host a party there. The arcade games and trampoline and play areas are all excellent, and the kids had a great time, but parents beware it can be chaotic and expensive.
