Amazing experience! We just celebrated my 7th year old’s birthday and everything went great! Guillermo went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and took great care of every detail. 2nd birthday in a year for our kiddos @ Launch and honestly the staff is so friendly. You can tell it’s a nice work environment due to the excellent attitude all of the staff has. They’re extremely helpful, professional, and easy to work with. Tomas was our waiter for our party yesterday and everything was seamless. The play areas are sanitary. This is the cleanest trampoline park I’ve been to, beats all their competition! Our guests enjoyed the food and the party was a hit. Thanks to the team & management for making party planning so flexible, easy and fun!

Launch is a great spot for the kids, my son's had a blast. I love that they have an upper sitting area for the parent to sit and eat, it's also nice to have a birds eye view of the kids. Please not the the entrance is actually on the same side as the Floor and Decor entrance, GPS might send you to the Back of the building
