⚠️ I ordered two pairs of jeans online (approximately $100 each) to be shipped overseas. I was informed that one item was unavailable, so I requested a refund. The other pair arrived in the wrong size. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received my refund or the correct item. Communication is poor and the issue remains unresolved. I’ve had to dispute the charge with my bank. This is effectively theft! I would not recommend purchasing online from this boutique.

Do not order from this company!!! I placed an order 31/07 and expected delivery to be around a week. 10 days had passed with no updates shipping information, so I waited a few more days. 2 weeks passed and still nothing. I sent an email but it bounced back as the email address given was wrong. So I found this company on instragram and sent her a message. She told me she would look into what had happened… another 2 days passed and I had been left on read! Currently trying to go through my bank to get a refund as she doesn’t reply. Avoid.

Ordered 2 co ord sets , got an email saying they were being dispatched but the note said they were both orange color . I emailed to ask if they can check before sending as my order was for 2 different colors 1 beige and 1 orange .. No email back tried to call the shop no answer ! Order arrived and 1 set was the right color and the other was green which was not what I asked for . Have emailed 3 times and rang and no reply. Will not be coming back to shop with this boutique

I've wanted a blazer for ages but never found one that suited me, until today, from Laura's Liverpool Boutique, and I love it! Laura is amazing, gorgeous inside and out, left with a new blazer and a new friend. I will be recommending this little place to all my friends and I will definitely be back xx

I have visited this Boutique a few times now and bought numerous items. I have to say that every time I go, I am welcomed with a big hug and friendly smile. The staff customer service top rated. The girls working there obviously love their work because they genuinely know their stock, and love showing you what they think suits you, and tell you if it doesn't. It's not false, it is a fantastic place to shop not just for myself but also for my children and my granddaughters. The items are spot on trend, beautiful pieces to mix and match, but also, clothes that can be worn separately. It is a real pleasure shopping there and can't wait to go back when I get paid!
