Anna did a lovely job with my nails!! She absolutely nailed (pun intended!) the design I showed her a photo of, she was precise and efficient! My friend also had a design done by her and it was equally gorgeous! The photo with the sweater was the inspo pic and the other one is mine!

I had a very poor experience at this nail salon recently. I did not read the reviews carefully, as I passed by the salon in the mall and assumed it would be good, especially since it was very busy. Despite having an appointment, no one acknowledged me when I arrived. When the technician eventually started my service, he was simultaneously attending to other customers, which resulted in rushed and careless work. The gel application was poorly done and roughly handled. Communication was also a major issue, as the staff did not speak English at all, making it difficult to explain what I wanted. Overall, the service was unprofessional, unhygienic, and far from what one would expect from a quality manicure. I would not recommend this place.

got a white christmas set done in december + my most recent set both done by Fragrance. she is such a sweet lady, ive come back several times, and she has done my nails twice, and both times i leave amazed. fragrance does not disappoint. she takes her time, ensuring that her service is the best, always asking for my opinion/if the details of the designs are satisfactory (they always are) and making sure that the colour matches are okay. she is soo good at recreating the inspiration photos i show her. amazing service 💕

Thought I’d give the city lavender nails ago after the past services being poor. Should have not bothered. Pedicure was the worst I’ve ever had. Tub filled with and inch of water, no scrub, the lady attempted to dry scrub my feet, a 2 second leg rub followed by nails her nails digging into my toes while painting. Thought it might be a nicer service as they weren’t busy and had ample staff but got the full first day apprentices treatment. Nails were ok but manicure consisted of a super quick cuticle cut which resulted in one bleeding and you bet your peach checks they charged me for a “manicure” as well. Told them is was pretty shit and I got a massive “$5” discount which actually isn’t a discount with all the extras charged like the manicure… Absolutely will not be going back there and totally sick of being asked for cash. We all know it’s so people can dodge the books and get paid in cash. To top it off, I drove 135km just to have a nice pamper sesh because it’s the only nice thing I can do while 6 months pregnant.

Got my nails done today by Anna absolutely 10 out of 10 experience. She was so nice. My nails turned out so well. I definitely recommend going to Anna. She was the best in that place. She definitely needs a pay rise absolutely amazed with my nails
