I purchased Lauren Bateman's online program during COVID and loved it. I recently have felt that I needed some motivation in my guitar playing. I take weekly Zoom classes with Armand Sanchez and have learned so much in the past few months. He has helped me with rhythm and strumming patterns. Armand is very patient and explains things thoroughly. I highly recommend taking lessons with him.

I have been taking drum lessons for about 2 years and love it, especially due to my awesome, talented, patient teacher, Chris Laskey. It's not easy learning a new instrument especially in your 50s, with many other responsibilities, but Chris allows me to go at my own pace. He always encourages me to try new things which may be out of my comfort zone and gives me confidence when I am lacking them. I look forward to my weekly lesson, and I am sure glad my daughter found Chris at LB music to match me with.

We send our daughter for piano lessons to the LB Music School location in Medford, with Adam as her teacher. Adam is an incredible teacher, and this school is fantastic. Our daughter is quite young, and Adam has always been very patient with her and very clear and flexible in his lesson instructions. He is very encouraging and has really connected with my daughter about the music she likes and how she can best learn. She has even performed in two recitals, which she had a fantastic time doing. She really looks forward to her piano lessons every week, and my wife and I are amazed at how good she has gotten at reading music and playing the piano. We really feel very lucky to have Adam as our teacher, and all of the teachers we’ve seen around the school seem very nice. The student performances at the recitals were very impressive as well. Definitely recommend this music school for lessons for all ages.

My daughter has been attending the LB music school in Medford for over a year now. Such a great school. She has guitar lessons with Armand. He is amazing. Very patient and talented. I was only able to attend the Summer Recital to hear her play for the 1st time. I couldn't have been more proud of her. Also, the school has many talented students. It really was pleasure to watch.

I've been taking voice for almost 2 yrs, and signed up for drum lessons recently based on good experiences I had with voice lessons. The teachers are great, the Medford location is convenient for me, and they were very accommodating with scheduling. The prices are slightly above average but worth it for my needs. I have definitely improved a great deal from the instructors' guidance. Also, everyone I've dealt with have been friendly and supportive. The main reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is the billing system. Rather than paying for punch passes, or per lesson, you pay monthly but as part of a longer semester style contract. This is good to keep you committed and matches billing for children, but this gets tricky if your schedule varies. For example, if you travel for work, holiday vacation, illness, etc. you still pay for missed lessons even if you know weeks ahead of time. You cannot easily rescgedule, or pause for the time you know you'll be gone. The school does offer virtual lessons if you can't attend in person, but I have not taken advantage of these . LB is good about crediting you if your teacher is sick or needing to change a lesson though.

As a complete beginner to piano, I can honestly say this has been a pleasant and joyful learning experience for me. The staff here are very professional and treat their workers and customers with class and respect. Minjung has been my piano instructor and I couldn’t have asked for a more awesome and patient instructor!
