I called Learning Lab - Gateway Academy to ask about Spanish learning options for my daughter, but my experience with Kathy was extremely disappointing. She told me that I was “harassing her” and hung up the phone twice, even though I was only trying to ask a few basic questions. When I called a third time to understand why she said that, she became angry and defensive for no reason. I was simply looking for information to help my daughter, but based on this interaction, I don’t think this is the right environment for us. A learning center should be welcoming — not rude and dismissive. Edited: I just switch my mind that im never ever admit my daughter at your place . i found better center

The teachers who I was introduced to at Gateway Academy have had such an important impact on my life both as a student and as an individual. Not only did I improve in my academic ability I learned to love various aspects of learning in different subjects that once felt intimidating. I still remain in touch with some of my teachers all these years later and will always cherish these relationships. Now five years since I was student, I often talk about my time at Gateway. Remembering my classwork assignments and the great conversations I had with my teachers!

My daughter had Spanish tutoring there. The teacher is excellent; also demonstrates a passion for teaching, and always go above and beyond to help her meet her Spanish learning goals. I know that my daughter's Spanish proficiency level would not be anywhere near what it is without the lessons she has taken through Learning Lab and the support of her teacher. I highly recommend Learning Lab for reasonable lessons and expert instructors.

I was absolutely blown away with the support and communication that my son got from the Learning Lab. He felt comfortable asking questions and truly began to understand the materials he has long struggled with. Thanks to the entire team at Learning Lab, and if you ever need a tutor you should definitely reach out!
