When Leilany invited me in to the The Feminine Empowerment Collective, it completely changed my life in so many ways. The collective was full of heart centred, supportive, open minded women and Leilany was a wonderful facilitator of our gatherings. Leilany leads with her heart while also guiding us with the counselling and consulting skills she has learned over the years. We were learning how to trust ourselves, speak from the heart, be our authentic selves and how to connect to ourselves and those around us. It was also a incredible space to connect to other women and to create life long “soul sister” friendships. Leilany’s kindness, female empowerment, support and great sense of lightness and fun was so refreshing to be around and I am so grateful to her for this collective and her friendship. I would recommend Leilany as a visionary facilitator for any business wishing to grow in leadership skills and authentic employee support and also as an outstanding leader of The Feminine Empowerment Collective.

I’m so thankful Leilany entered my life when it did. Leilany’s soul sisters circle is bringing me so much, I can’t even describe how I feel after each together. I'm feeling stronger than before and ready to have a more balanced in my life. I feel refreshing when sitting in the group circle listening to everyone’s stories, truth, own life. A safe space to speak all truth. Through Leilany, I’ve asked myself some tough questions, which I’m still journeying through, and made deep connections and friendships. It’s an amazing group. Leilany is one of a kind. Her presence when she coaches is calming and informative, and she cultivates a safe space to grow. I have been lucky enough to go through a few of Leilany's trainings, specifically focused in situational leadership. She has an ability to combine the science of psychology with case studies and real world applications of this style of leadership. I would recommend Leilany to anyone looking to level up their leadership game.
