I went in to Lens Crafters on 1/12/26. Mohagany was the sales associate that assisted me and she was absolutely amazing. I could not have received better service if I wished for it. Mohagany was very helpful in picking out my frames and helping make sure they were the best fit for me and my features. Hands down an amazing employee.

Mahogany was a wonderful presence! She was incredibly patient and always eager to help with all our needs. Very knowledgeable too! The staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable.

If I could give this store more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Even though the store was busy, Mahogany handled everything with ease. There were two customers ahead of me, yet she made a point to greet everyone who walked through the door, which really stood out. We ran into a small issue while entering my insurance, and she immediately reached out to her manager, Cordel, who was absolutely amazing. He quickly figured everything out, and we were able to complete my purchase without any further issues. Thank you so much to both Mahogany and Cordel for the excellent customer service—I can’t wait to pick up my glasses!

I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters today thanks to Samira! Her service was absolutely 10/10 , she was so knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain every step of the process when I was purchasing my new glasses. The experience felt really personal and genuine, and I left feeling great about my purchase. The energy in the store was awesome, and I’m so glad I stopped by , I even ended up getting two pairs of glasses! Thank you, Samira, for making the process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend seeing her if you visit this location!

I went in for a replacement for my Meta Glasses. Samira and Michelle displayed top tier customer services and established a very welcoming environment for me. The replacement was smooth and I’m happy with the way this situation was handled. Thank you guys again for the amazing customer service. I will be returning.
