Aaron was an excellent teacher! My s/o and I took the sushi class and it was a blast. It seemed daunting at first but Aaron was extremely thorough and helpful along the way, and all the materials supplied were absolutely perfect. We will absolutely look into their future classes, but if you’re considering their sushi one, I cannot recommend it enough. Well worth the price and will be a date to remember. Our group of friendly new strangers also agreed it seemed like a great activity for several friends too.
My girlfriend and I took the Pizza Primer Class this week and absolutely loved it. Aaron was the one teaching the class and he was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He made the class engaging and informative. The setting of the class is in a cozy home which made it the perfect environment for pizza making. We will be back for another class!
My husband and I took the Southern Brunch cooking class with Megan, it was phenomenal! As an avid cooker myself, I still learned so many new techniques and tips to incorporate, while my husband got to improve his chopping skills! Not to mention all of the food we made from the sausage gravy to the biscuits was absolutely delicious! Megan has such a fun loving personality that really made the class enjoyable :) highly recommend Let’s Eat Austin!
What a fun way to have spent part of our Thanksgiving family weekend! We always do something fun the day before Thanksgiving and this was the first time our family said "We should come here again"! And we've been having a family fun day for more than a decade. We learned how to make pizza from scratch and then ate all our hard work. No skills required because Chef Aaron is patient, perfectly skilled and well prepared. Next time we think we'll try cocktails, mocktails and holiday cookie decorating! It's an excellent way to keep the family off their phones and learn something new. Plus it's delicious! YUM YUM YUM and thank you for filling this family with new skills, delicious food and lots of very happy memories.
We were on a Mother Daughter trip in Austin and thought it would be fun to take a cooking class! We had SO much fun with Megan! She was so sweet, so knowledgeable, and personable! She never made us feel bad for how little we knew in the kitchen😄. She was a great instructor and great teacher! We started with collecting herbs from the backyard garden to use in our dish! We made the best fruit salad with lime vinaigrette, deviled eggs, pimento cheese grits, fried potato's, and homemade buttermilk biscuits and sausage gravy! I have already made the biscuits since we got home and my family is raving about them! So glad that I learned the skills to make a good biscuit! I would love to take another class if we ever visit Austin again. Thank you for such a fun and memorable experience Megan!!
