Super easy and convenient to book appointments. Car is always done by the time it is promised. Service is organized, efficient, and friendly. We had a tire rotation, brake inspection, and safety check, all for under $30! Lex Brodie's rocks--thank you very much!!

I’ve been coming to Lex Brodies for about 20 years. The appointments are flexible and offer a wide arrange of services. Over the years I’ve encountered many staff and have never had a bad experience interacting with the employees. Overall I’d say the friendliness and professionalism of the staff is excellent. From checking in to picking up to mechanics walking by and saying hello, Lex Brodies has great customer service that’s not usually encountered at automotive shops. The prices over the years have gone up. That being said everywhere has increased prices but Lex Brodies’ prices have remained competitive and fair. Plus the work they do is always spot on. The tire prices are very reasonable and they offer the free rotating and balancing plus flat repairs. In my opinion this is the best place in Honolulu to get tires. Other places may offer the same but Lex Brodies has a faster appointment scheduling and service time than most places. Also they usually have the parts I need in stock. I’ve come here for a variety of services from tires to safety check. I recommend making an appointment because the Queen Street location can get busy. Usually I drop my vehicle off then walk to one of the nearby restaurants to kill time. Often they finish the work before the estimated time. There’s also an air conditioner waiting room with coffee and a vending machine if you chose to wait there. The only con I’ve experienced is twice I asked for a service that was not performed. The first was a wiper blade replacement, oil change, rotation and balance. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed the wiper blades were not replaced but being short on time I decided to come back later. The second time was this past December I asked in person if they could see if a part from my undercarriage could be reattached as it fell off and was sitting in my back seat. Upon picking up my car it was still on my back seat. Regardless I still recommend Lex Brodies as a great place for tires and vehicle maintenance. I will continue to be a customer and eventually will return to see if they can reattach or replace the piece from my car that fell off.

Scheduled an appointment online for a vehicle safety check. Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and got checked in after a short wait. In less than 15 minutes, my EV was ready for pick up. The check out process was quick and staff courtesy and professional. Pre-set charges for the required clearance, so no surprises.

I got a flat tire on my Tesla and made an appointment just before 11:00 AM for 11:30 AM. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The repair took about an hour and a half, and the total cost was only $47. Great service and smooth experience. I’ll definitely come back if I ever get another flat tire.

Thank you so much, Bryan, for being so helpful and kind. I came in for just an oil change and tire rotation, but it turned out my car needed a lot more than that. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and got everything fixed the same day, which I really appreciate! I highly recommend Lex Brodie’s.
