I typically don't leave reviews or Stars but I filed my taxes in March and then when I called to see the status of it they said it was never filed and that I owe them more money because they did not file it on my behalf soon enough. When confronted with proof in my hand the worker who filed my taxes Frances Butler became agitated over the recorded phone and we never came to a resolution would not recommend this location. I even have the original paper work with the date of filing and that was not good enough.

Brenda is amazing! She has prepared our taxes for many years! Every year, she always remembers us and takes great care of us. She explains everything thoroughly because she knows we are anything but tax experts! It was slightly disappointing that the location is no longer in Fountain, but having Brenda on the other side of the desk made that better! On another note, the price of doing taxes has gone down and we really appreciate that!

Incredible customer service! My tax professional, Brenda, was not only competent and careful with my tax issues, but she made me feel immediately at ease and assured I was in capable hands. She not only handled my 2022 taxes, but alerted me of errors on prior returns, and with the help of Lauren, spent time amending and filing those returns for me.
