Not very good. They wrote down our account wrong and couldn’t get direct deposit. They then went on holiday and couldn’t be reached in their office. Then state sent us a letter stating our return was incorrect and they were deducting money. Since we couldn’t get our direct deposit they will be deducting it before sending us a hard check. Needless to say it took 6 weeks to get our fed check and over 8 weeks and counting for our state. Not very happy with this group!!
