Life Cafe took my order through the app. Took my payment. Closed early. Did not give me food. Does not return calls or emails. Now you give me this canned response? Why don’t you actually return my two voice messages since no one can seem to answer the phone there? Or how about the In-App Message I sent to the club, maybe you can respond to that? OR BETTER YET - REFUND MY MONEY!

Visited this gym on weekends mostly, and the flow is different compared to weekdays—more relaxed but still active. I managed to complete full workouts without much waiting, which was surprising. The locker area is clean but can get tight during peak hours. I once had a small delay at reception due to a queue, but it moved faster than expected. Equipment is generally in good condition, and people tend to be respectful about sharing. It’s a straightforward gym that works best if you go in with a flexible mindset.

For the amount of money you are paying it is not worth it. Amenities are run down and dirty. Every time you walk into the women’s locker room it smells like sewer and poop. The bathrooms are so old , from flooring to the lockers. Lockers are stained with either makeup or spilled drinks. Showers and steam room look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. If you look up at the ceiling there is black which looks like mold. The outdoor sauna is disgusting. They don’t enforce rules at all here, there is people who are working out in there sweating and dripping all over. Some even cut their toe nails in there. I’ve also seen people drying their clothes on the rock machine. The wood although replaced is already worn out. I have also seen in multiple occasions cockroach. Also the ops people in front of the dressing rooms are always goofing around , eating snacks & see them even working out prior to closing instead of taking care of the facilities.
