This is by far the best gym you can find in San Antonio! For one membership you have everything you could want - CrossFit, HIIT, yoga (of all kinds), Pilates, barre, weight lifting, and more! Instead of paying multiple memberships for different services/classes, it’s all at one place - and all the instructors and coaches are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Not only that, the community here is absolutely incredible

I had taken classes from them in the past, and I hadn’t been back in a long time, so I was excited for the class. The power yoga class was really good, and the instructor I took it with seemed knowledgeable and got me situated once I arrived. However, here are the things I didn’t like: 1. I was afraid I was going to be late, so I was calling them like crazy so that the front door was not locked and so I could go in. It didn’t matter which location I called to, they all went straight to voicemail. Never answered once. When I got to the place, the instructor was by the reception, so I don’t understand why no one never returned my calls. 2. During the class, I got dizzy, and immediately after the class the memberships were being advertised to me. I get it, it is their job to get new members, but I would have appreciated it a lot more if the interaction would not have felt so transactional. Especially if I was unwell.

This gym is absolutely amazing! The perfect blend of strength, endurance, and flexibility in the gym and the hot room classes. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and push you to be your best, no matter your fitness level. The atmosphere is fun, friendly, and incredibly motivating—everyone cheers each other on! Whether you're looking to challenge yourself or just move in a welcoming space, this gym has it all. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a member for nearly ten years and was never able to attend the Football Fever event on Super Bowl Sunday. I attended this year and it was by far the most entertaining and energetic class with a surprise “splash” of excitement! Thank you Dorthy and the Union Team!

I love this gym. Not only does it offer a variety of classes, it has times that work with my hectic schedule. All the coaches are phenomenal and encouraging and remembering your name so you feel like family when you walk in the door.
