Absolutely the best real estate group hands down! We have bought and sold multiple homes over the last 35 years and are very particular about realtors and are wary when we need to find a new one. Naomi was simply wonderful to work with, as well as the whole Living in Madison team. As first time homebuyers, my wife and I had some ideas of what we were looking for but had a hard time really putting it into words. It only took a few showings for Naomi to have a great sense of what we were truly after, which helped make future showings more productive. My wife and I loved working with Naomi and the Living in Madison Team to buy our first house! She was respectful of our specific dealbreakers for homes and we never felt pressured to put an offer in on something that we we're 100% interested in. In a hot Madison housing market Naomi helped us win the very first offer we put on a home and with a better deal than we thought possible. When some unexpected fixes came up during the inspection she helped us get multiple bids and find a contractor who would help us get what we needed done and negotiate with the sellers on the cost of the work. Overall we've been moved into the home for about a month and are very happy!
