The trainer is incredibly knowledgeable about body mechanics, nutrition, and all aspects of fitness. He took the time to really listen to my needs and created customized workout routines tailored to my personal goals. The fitness center itself is well-equipped with everything you need and is always clean and sanitized, which made me feel comfortable and safe. Each session, I felt supported and encouraged to push myself in a healthy and sustainable way. Now, I attend sessions regularly and continue to see progress. If you’re serious about improving your physical health, I highly recommend signing up—or at least trying a drop-in session. You won’t regret it!
Small gyms make you feel like family! I enjoyed every minute of working with Antoine at his gym. He pays attention to his clients and pushes them beyond their own personal goals. It pained me to have to find another gym after I switched jobs. But even present day, he checks in to make sure I'm still on my fitness journey. Thank you for keeping me on track!
