I took my 1999 GMC Sonoma in to this shop based on good reviews here. I got a quick, accurate estimate from Luis. On my way home, I stopped at 3 other places who would not even work on my "too old" truck. LBCC even negotiated with the at-fault driver's insurance to keep them from totaling my truck, which would have made it harder to insure. They did a great job on it and even fixed a couple of things I didn't ask for. I hope I don't get hit again, but if I do, I'm going straight back to them.
Nobody likes accidents and dealing with the repairs. I could not be better served than from Francisco and his team at LB Collision Center! They went out of their way to honestly help me!! Very professional, very fast service too. Price? The final price was lower than the estimated price! When does that happen??? The damage was a bit worse than I expected, the frame needed adjustment too since I was hit on the LF corner of my car. Absolutely 5 Stars for this company, they really deserve it. Trustworthy advice, very helpful, going out of their way. And very friendly too! I highly recommend this company!

Their work was fast, professional, and incredibly thoughtful. They even scheduled my repair on a day when the weather wouldn’t interfere, ensuring my bumper was properly sealed. Super transparent, budget friendly, and customer focused. The best surprise? When I picked up my car, it looked and smelled brand new they went the extra mile and cleaned it inside and out! Francisco and his team are amazing! They are really professional and helpful, and honest people. Awesome job for repairing the scratch on my car! Updated: I took my car in for scratch repairs at the shop, and it was great to see their work again after returning here after about four years. The pricing is reasonable, and Francisco, the owner, along with the entire team, is very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this place!
This place is the best one I found in this whole area, I was afraid to take my car to a paint shop and they wouldn't do a good job. First And more important to me ; Frank listens and pays attention When you explain, they did a good job on my car Thank You. 10/11/2021 update. If I could, I would give you another 5 stars, I returned for a small detail in my car and Frank fixed it free of charge, By the way, he also gave me a rental car while he fixed mine, No charge!. I am very happy to know that the warranty is valid as long as you are the owner of the car. I recommend this place. Thank you
