Lorraine was very professional and in a tough market never gave up. She advised us of everything her company was doing to make the transaction smooth. We had moved out of state, so it was a little stressful for us, but she kept us informed through the process. We were able to close on our home the end of last month. Lorraine is hands down the best realtor we have ever dealt with. We found her by reading very positive reviews on the internet that were spot on in our opinion. When we interviewed Lorraine to sell our house, she presented herself in a very professional and caring manor. We were impressed to say the least. She assured us that even though we were facing a very depressed market, she felt that with her marketing skills she could sell our home in a reasonable amount of time. We listed on July 30th, 2025 and closed on November 21, 2025. We sold at a full price offer after adjusting our initial listing price. Lorraine was very active with her marketing and we were kept informed with feedback from the showings. She sent our listing information to realtors several times to keep our listing fresh and in the spot light. We are elderly and were downsizing and moving into an independent home out of state. Lorraine and her team assisted with the packing of our belongings for the move and getting the many donations to the proper donation sites. We couldn't be more pleased with her team. The packing girls, the stagging team, and others that were involved. I would be remiss if I also didn't mention Karen, who is Lorraine's assistant. Karen was just a moment away by computer, phone or text. She responded immediately when I would make an inquiry. Again, we could not be more pleased and definably highly recommend Lorraine for your real estate needs.

My wife and I live on the East Coast. We were looking for a vacation home (to eventually retire) in Arizona. We spent a weekend with Lorraine jumping from Scottsdale to all the surrounding cities. Throughout the process, Lorraine helped us fine tune the location along with our list of high priorities we wanted in the property. Lorraine continued communications with us for months as we were back on the East Coast. Even with the time difference, it was easy to communicate with Lorraine. For months Lorraine would go to listings for us. She would provide great photos, videos and how the property ranked against our priority list. When she did find the "perfect" property for us, she immediately said to get out to Arizona ASAP. The next morning, I was on a flight. Needless to say, Lorraine nailed it. The house was exactly what we were looking for. Throughout the negotiation process along with the home inspection Lorraine was an absolute professional. Do yourself a favor and use Lorraine and you can sit back and relax. Thanks Lorraine - you are the best.
