After our experience nearly ten years ago with a home purchase in Mesa; we decided that because of the outstanding service and care we received from Kari and the Engstrom Team; it only made sense to use them again. Of course, we were not disappointed. Kari lead us through all of the processes and steps we needed to take in order to obtain the market value for our Gilbert home sale. We are happy to report that our home closed on Jan 2. Thanks again to Kari and the Engstrom Team.

We worked with Kari and the Engstrom Team when buying our home after moving to Arizona. The experience we had was absolutely fantastic. We worked mostly with Kari, but knew the rest of the team was available when needed. Kati worked with us to make the whole buying process incredibly simple and smooth. I would absolutely work with them again in a heartbeat. Truly never felt dumb for asking newbie questions and I always felt they were looking out for us and giving us good advice based on our goals. Being able to trust them and know they were working for us make the whole home buying process less stressful. Thank you for everything! Would recommend over and over again

Working with Kate was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. From the very beginning, she made us feel completely supported, informed, and in control. We flew into Phoenix from out of state to find a home, and from the moment we said, “this is the one,” she immediately went to work — coordinating every detail, communicating clearly, and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks.
What really stood out was her unwavering responsiveness and dedication. No matter how many questions we had (and there were a lot!), Kate always made time for us. She followed up diligently, never once made us feel like we were taking too much of her time, and treated every concern with patience and respect. She worked tirelessly to make the deal happen and always put our best interests first. While everyone wants to get paid, with Kate, it was crystal clear that her priority was doing what was right for us, not just closing a deal.
Our seller played hardball at times, but Kate stayed calm, strategic, and proactive. When we wanted to explore other options, she didn’t hesitate — she quickly arranged a new showing, gave us honest comparisons, and made sure we had every piece of information to make an informed decision. Even when we asked to see another house we knew we wouldn’t buy, she made it happen with the same enthusiasm and professionalism.
In the final stages, Kate went above and beyond — helping us with two walkthroughs, identifying missed RE-10 repairs, and coordinating among the seller’s agent, contractors, and our mortgage company to ensure everything was resolved smoothly. She never gave up, and her persistence gave us the confidence that everything would work out — and it did.
Thanks to Kate, we found our dream home in record time and with the least amount of stress possible. If you’re looking for a reliable, hardworking realtor who will stand by you, be your voice, and make your home-buying journey genuinely enjoyable — working with Kate will be the best decision you make. You’ll be glad you did.
