Cathy Joyce was incredible for us. She helped us purchase our new home, which was a multi-year process. She showed patience and care, making sure we got exactly what we wanted, and not trying to shoehorn us into a place that was "close" to what we wanted like other realtors try to do. She also handled the sale of our existing home over the summer in a cooling housing market. She highlighted the work we had done to the home and had beautiful photos taken that drew in a bunch of potential buyers. In a market where homes with the same floor plan and on the same block as us were on the market for 100 days or more, we were under contract in only 15 days and had a seamless escrow process. Cathy and her team are amazing and I can't recommend them enough!

What a work horse Cathy Joyce has been for us during the sales process of our house. Good luck finding someone to top how hard she worked at keeping us informed and making this a seamless transition. Yes, we had our work cut out for us but she practically lead us by the hand and kept us on path throughout the entire process. Always there to answer all of our questions and direct us to the necessary resources. We only buy and sell real estate once in a lifetime and am most certainly glad we chose Cathy Joyce to be our representative.

Cathy and her team have been absolutely wonderful. We have been in pursuit of not just a home, but our dream home, our forever home. The nature of this search and our selectiveness during our home search process meant it dragged on for well over 2 years. Cathy was a patient professional who fielded our many questions and answered with great expertise while keeping us reassured. Once we found our home, she walked us through each part of the process, taking the time to explain each form, each next step, and going to bat for us with the selllers. She also sold my parents' home 26 years ago, my grandparents' house about 2 years ago, and will be selling our home here soon. I would recommend Cathy and her team to anyone for either buying or selling.

Great advice and communication during buyer negotiations and closing, especially as I had already moved across country and was doing everything virtually.
