For the last year I've been exploring other studios than LP, last night was my return home. There are not words to describe the difference in intentionality, cueing, and presence that you will find here (thank you Karen for the most incredible class!). If you are someone who is looking for a class that isn't just about sweating and moving as quickly as you possibly can, this is the studio you want to attend. There is clearly a difference in the philosophy of teaching and respect towards student bodies you will find here. Thank you Lotus Pond for setting a high standard for me, I didn't understand how high you set it until I went on my studio adventures and got to compare. For that I am grateful.
Such a beautiful location, inside and out! My mom and I decided to check it out it since we were in the area (we live about 45 min away but totally would make the drive again for a class) and were greeted so kindly. Very informative and kind staff and a cabin like place located by a little pond area. Great prices, and on Monday evenings, they have a class by donation too which I think is wonderful. I have heart issues, and was told there are gentle options. It’s nice to know there’s a very welcoming option when I need some stress relief.
I’m fairly a new customer every time I walk in I feel so welcomed and walking out feeling so peaceful. 🩷🩷 Recently I PERSONALLY made a mistake with booking and it was handled with the upmost professionalism and one of the OWNERS went truly above and beyond to accommodate for MY OWN mistake! Every instructor/team member I met- have been the sweetest, most empathetic humans but to know the owners are just as so, gives so much (unneeded) reassurance that this is an ALL AROUND BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO BE🩷🩷 I just moved farther away but I will definitely be dedicating my time to drive there over any other place from here on out!! LOTUS POND FOR THE W!🩷
I’ve have been coming here for 2 years. The location is beautiful and peaceful, the staff is so welcoming and nice, exactly what you want when going to yoga. Carla is my favorite instructor, her calmness and soothing flow helps me alleviate my anxiety from the work week. I can’t say enough how much I love Lotus pond. Namaste🙏🏽💖
