My friend and I had never gotten professional massages before and we were pretty nervous to be honest but Lotus Rain took very good care of us! We were offered tea or water when we arrived and they gave us a form to fill out to specify our comfort levels and what we wanted out of our appointments. We ended up in the same room, which made us feel more comfortable, and had a lovely husband and wife as our masseuses. My friend wanted to just relax and opted for the Swedish massage with light pressure, while I have chronic pain and was looking for a deep tissue massage. It was intense but definitely helped with tension! Everyone there was very kind and respectful, we had a great first massage experience :)

I got a massage here, about a month ago, and I was new. I have to say, the whole thing made me uncomfortable. I was paired up with a man, who was nice. I don’t usually choose men, however, but no one asked me. The service itself wasn’t explained to me either. I didn’t want a full body massage, as I wasn’t comfortable having a man, but I couldn’t explain that easily as he didn’t understand me. He got started with my upper body and then he kind of told me to undress completely. I was hesitant, tried to explain I didn’t want a full body massage, but he stepped out anyway. I complied and I was able to settle down until he fully climbed on top of me, toward the end. I have never had anyone do this and, by this point, I really just wanted to leave. It was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had while getting a massage. If that’s common for them, fine, but a chance to day no would’ve been nice. Then their scheduling system is atrocious. It may look like you can cancel and reschedule appointments online, but when you try to, no matter how early you try, it does not let you and you’re forced to call. I want to cancel my appointment that I made for tomorrow because I can’t bring myself to be uncomfortable nor do I want to explain this over the phone. I gave two stars because the girl at the desk was very nice.

10/10 - my husband surprised me with a couples massage and it was wonderful. They are appointment only but I can see why. The whole building is clean, calm and relaxing from the moment you walk in. We did the 90 minute couples massage. My masseuse was Steven and I opted for medium/hard and to focus on my upper back and neck area. When I say I have never had such an attentive therapist! My husband and I have luckily been to spas all over the US (west to east coast) and this is easily one of the best we’ve been to. I have always had issues with my upper back. I tend to get knots between my shoulder blades and Steven got 👏🏼them 👏🏼 out👏🏼. We are definitely booking with them again and I’ll be telling everyone to check them out! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Booked a couples massage this morning and I had the best time. They started us off with hot tea and Fiji water before our apportionment which was lovely. We had the 90 minutes couple massage and they used hot stones (first time for me!) and it was amazing. I went with deep tissue / deep pressure and I walked away feeling loose and like a normal human again!

Absolutely amazing! My lovely boyfriend booked us a couples massage and it was amazing! The entrance to the spa is incredibly beautiful and very relaxing and I was immediately relaxed and excited for my massage. The massage room itself was very quiet, clean and smelled heavenly. I loved that they provided a little bowl to place my jewelry in as well as a place for your clothing/items. The massage itself was absolutely incredible! This was my first professional massage and I was in awe at how wonderful every part was! I genuinely could not have asked for a better massues! She was firm but gentle and very professional! The entire experience was extremely relaxing and very enjoyable for the both of us. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to give this place a try and I cannot wait to go back to try out more of their services! Thank you so much again for having us 💛
