Before purchasing a couples massage session, I specifically called ahead to ask if they had availability with either a male and female therapist or two female therapists. I explained to the receptionist that my husband and I would be driving from Springfield, MO to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and wanted to make sure we would both be comfortable. We also arrived early as requested, because we were told there was an event that might affect travel — which ended up not being the case. While waiting, we watched several couples get taken back before us, and when it was finally our turn, two male therapists approached us. We politely explained that my husband would be uncomfortable with a male therapist and reminded them of the request we had made beforehand. We were then told there was nothing they could do, and that a refund could be issued. However, after leaving, we still did not receive a refund. After a long week of hard work, we were simply hoping to relax and enjoy our anniversary, but instead we left with no service, poor customer service, and money lost. This was extremely disappointing, especially after we communicated our needs clearly ahead of time. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

My experience with Rhonda was wonderful! My facial was super relaxing and she made me feel super comfortable during my laser hair removal treatment. I couldn’t recommend her enough!!

my boyfriend surprised me with a facial here on valentine’s day. rhonda was my esthetician and she did a marvelous job start to finish! i got the rosa graf european facial and she explained every step of the process so i knew what to expect. it included a heated blanket/bed, a scalp massage, shoulder/arm massage, extractions, heated towels, plus the facial itself of course. every product was applied with precision and felt like each one had a known purpose. she also offered very nice conversation without it feeling required by any means. i left wanting to book another service with rhonda :)
