i'd done yoga before but never as regularly. Zoe's basics class have been instrumental in making yoga a regular practice for me. Zeynep, Tony and many good teachers here...and good pricing. i highly recommend the entry level classes as well as more intense ones.

Love the natural light in this studio. The flows are unique and almost feel 'dance like'! Love the incorporation of meditation into the practice - 90 minute classes are the way to go! Don't be afraid to 'fly' and try something new.
